Virtual Assistant & Business Coach, Human Design Expert, and travel-obsessed Aussie, living my best laptop-lifestyle on the coast of Portugal. Now, I'm ready to teach you how you can build your best freedom-based lifestyle by becoming a Virtual Assistant.
A bit about my journey - While I always enjoyed my career, spanning across radio, music & marketing, I could never shake an undeniable feeling of there being more to life. And as a 5/1 Splenic Projector in Human Design, I have a naturally ability to see more efficient ways of doing things.
But it can be scary, I get it! But trust me, when you are working beachside and choosing your own schedule & tasks, it's bloody worth it. For me, I built my VA business alongside my full-time job, so that I felt more confident and secure about taking the leap when the time was right.

Meet Caz,
...Your VA Business Coach!
I didn’t start in the online world. I started in shift work, in nursing — long hours, emotional load, and a roster that decided when I could live my tired life.
But my story started long before that. I grew up on farms and worked across hospitality, pathology, and the speedway racing world — experiences that shaped how I understand people, pressure, and responsibility. All of that lived experience came with me into the VA world, and it’s part of what makes Virtual Assistants so valuable to the clients we support.
I loved caring for people, but I wanted more flexibility, autonomy, and work that could evolve with me. So I stepped into VA work — and later Virtual Nursing.
Like many of you, I figured it out as I went: learning platforms, navigating clients, raising my rates, and discovering work that truly fit me. What changed everything wasn’t just moving online — it was realising I could build work around my life, not the other way around.
Today I work remotely in roles I love, with people and businesses I feel connected to. VA CoLab was created because I know how powerful — and sometimes lonely — this path can be. I wanted to create the space I wish I’d had: where Virtual Assistants are supported, connected, valued, and matched with work that truly fits them.
